Inclusion

Comprising eight members ranging from 4th to 8th grade, our team thrived due to our mutual respect and appreciation for each other's unique qualities. We fostered a positive atmosphere where everyone's contributions were valued, enabling us to collaborate effectively. Our flexible role assignments exemplified our teamwork; each day, team members seamlessly transitioned between tasks, whether operating the robot grabber, setting up the robot, coding, or observing its performance. Additionally, we actively engaged with other teams, seeking assistance and offering support, further enhancing our collective success.
